Customer Success - Junior

Tel AvivFull-Time100% On-Site

The Big Picture

Mental health is the defining health challenge of our time. Millions of people are living with stress, loneliness, and emotional struggles, yet most never get the support they need. Traditional therapy doesn't scale. AI-only tools lack the human warmth that real growth requires.

Toko is changing that. We've built a new model of care - one grounded in real human connection, guided by an AI-powered engine, and proven to deliver outstanding outcomes. We're live, growing, and looking for the people who will help us scale.

The Role

As Toko's Customer Success hire, you'll be the primary human touchpoint for our participants. You'll support people on their emotional journeys, ensure they get real value from the platform, and surface their experiences and needs back to the product and clinical teams.

This is not a ticket-queue role. It's a people's role. You'll be in daily dialogue with users, building trust, gathering signals, and helping shape the product's next chapter.

What You'll Do

  • Manage ongoing, day-to-day communication with participants - answering questions, solving friction, and keeping them engaged.
  • Listen carefully to user feedback and translate it into clear, actionable product insights.
  • Plan, prioritize, and juggle a wide variety of tasks and user-facing workflows simultaneously.
  • Work closely with the product team to close the loop between user experience and product decisions.
  • Contribute to operational processes as the company scales.
  • Actively contribute to user acquisition by establishing early relationships with prospective users and guiding them through the conversion funnel.
  • Identify drop-off points and take action to keep users engaged and progressing.

SKILLS & QUALITIES

What We're Looking For

  • Exceptional communication skills - warm, clear, and precise in both written and spoken form.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to hold many threads at once.
  • Ability to listen closely, distill feedback into clear signals, and communicate it back to the team.
  • Fluent English - native or near-native level strongly preferred.
  • Degree in psychology - required.
  • Strong technological orientation - comfortable learning and working with new digital tools and platforms.

MINDSET

Mindset

  • Thrives in a small, fast-moving team. You're comfortable wearing many hats and embracing the ambiguity that comes with early-stage work.
  • High energy and ownership mentality. You take initiative, move fast, and follow through.
  • A team player. Non-negotiable.
