Toko is a shared journey with another peer that helps you improve your quality of life. During the journey, you and your Toko partner meet for weekly live guided video sessions. Each session is between you and your toko partner - Toko's AI psychological agent guides the conversation step by step, setting the topic, prompting reflection, and introducing evidence-based exercises. You don't need to prepare anything; just show up and be open. Over time, the sessions build on each other, creating a journey of growth that deepens with every meeting.
Sessions are about the things that really matter - stress, improving and deepening relationships, self-confidence, emotions, goals, meaning and purpose. Each session is built to be fun and meaningful. You'll play, talk, and share. You'll learn new things about how our minds work and about yourselves. You'll choose what to focus on and how much to share.
Toko partners with organizations such as non-profits, universities, and employers that purchase licenses to provide Toko access to their members. Check if an organization you are part of already offers Toko. If you didn't find your organization and you'd still like to try toko, reach out to us - info@toko.health.
